Re : Proposal For Service And Maintenance Of Air-Conditioning
1) We thank you for invitation of service and maintenance proposal of your air-conditioners. We are specializing in the field of air-conditioning system for various type of air-conditioning and refrigeration system including mechanical & electrical work. We have also 5 years working experience in Governments, Agencies, Bank and private sector, we ensure you satisfied on our services and assist making good condition of your air-cond.
2) Part & component of air-cond warranties provide by manufacturer and normally cover a year and 5-7 year for compressor. Perform routine service and maintenance of the system on a monthly basis including all inspection and testing procedure actually prevent seriously damage and making in a good state of preservation service life of air-cond. All procedure provides a substation saving in operation cost and being on our company YM NOR ENTERPRISE is able to assist our customer needs.
3) The schedule works carried out as routine service maintenance and remedial maintenance will be carried out under the supervisor of qualified service personnel with the expertise from our pool of experienced and skilled technicians. Any repay or replacement parts are to be authorized by costumer in writing before the works are carried out. Only genuine spare part are passing to our customers in ensure to sit highly quality standard of air-cond.
4) Our company shall invoice to customer monthly only after completion of each serviced. The invoice shall be enclosed with the service report indicating the unit services, the horse power, repay or replacement part, refill guess & etc. term of payment is 30 days from date of invoice. 5) The servicing will be carried on an every month from period commencing or acceptance date of the proposal. We will also accept telephone calls for working order of any malfunction or failure of the system. Our companies consist terminated at any time by either party giving to other one (1) months notice in writing.

SERVICING WORKSCOPE
A. General Service
1) Clean filter and front cover. To ensure fresh and clean air comes naturally from healthy environment with air-conditioned.
2) Clean water tray. To protect from blockage and water leaking cause of dust, dirt, and mossy.
3) Clean evaporator coil & condenser. To fluent air circulation to maintain coolness and continuously comfortable.
4) Clean fan blade indoor and outdoor unit. To maintaining an idea temperature and even air circulation.
5) Check gas pressure (discharge and suction). To ensure refrigerant level is sufficient and refilling gas needed if low gas pressure.
6) Check screw, mounting and bearing. To ensure bolt and nut are tightness and tighten, grease will be put to bearing from protect getting abnormal sound.
7) Check electrical component. To ensure all electrical wired connecting always safety to use.
B. SPECIAL SERVIS (CHAMICAL CLEANING)
1) Done every 6 month and 12 (a year) month and depending on condition of unit also how the usage. Unit will be taking down to inspection and chemically will be done with chemical.
2) The rusty or obsolete air-conditioner will be paint with anti rust for long-lasting protection.
